The Rugged Barber VIP Club Official Rules and Regulations:
1. Eligibility: The Rugged Barber VIP Club is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. Employees of The Rugged Barber, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to win giveaways.
2. How to Enter: To join the VIP Club, participants must sign up online or in-store. Additional entries may be earned by logging visits to The Rugged Barber by scanning the QR code provided during a haircut, beard trim, or shave. No purchase is necessary to participate. Alternative entry available by signing up for The Rugged Barber VIP Club online.
3. Promotion Period: The promotional period begins on January 1, 2025, and ends on January 1, 2028.
4. Giveaway Details: Giveaways will be conducted quarterly during the promotional period. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the quarter. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided (phone or email).
5. Prize Information: Prize values will not exceed $200. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. No Purchase Necessary: Participation in The Rugged Barber VIP Club and giveaways does not require a purchase. A free method of entry is available online by signing up for The Rugged Barber VIP Club.
7. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to allow The Rugged Barber to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Rugged Barber is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
